Each site (in some rare instances organizations) will have its own log in to the case system based on the site's email address. The first person to log in with the current credentials will be asked to update the password. Please make sure to share this with all employees at your site (or organization). If you are locked out or do not know the password it can be reset using the sites email address. Keep in mind that when you receive the new password you will need to change it and share it with the rest of the site.
